Viktor Morozov is the Vice President of Asset Management at Parse Capital. Mr. Morozov is responsible for managing a portfolio of Joint Venture and Preferred Equity residential investments across the United States. Prior to joining Parse in 2025, Viktor worked on the real estate investment management teams at Goldman Sachs, Red Development, and ViaWest Group. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Arizona State University with a BS in Finance.
