September 2025 – Parse Capital (“Parse”) makes a $17.1 million joint venture investment in the development of a multifamily asset within the North Knoxville submarket of Knoxville, TN. The investment represents Parse’s second transaction with the project’s sponsor. Once complete, the project will include eight, three-story garden residential buildings with 100% market rate units.
