September 2026 – Parse Capital (“Parse”) makes a $12.0 million structured joint venture equity investment in the development of a multifamily asset within the Northern Kentucky submarket of Cincinnati, OH. Once complete, the project will include eight, three- and four-story garden buildings with 100% market rate units.
