December 2025 – Parse Capital (“Parse”) makes a $25.3 million structured joint venture equity investment in the development of a multifamily asset within the Farragut submarket of Knoxville, TN. The investment represents Parse’s second transaction with the project’s sponsor. Once complete, the project will include five, four-story low-rise buildings and seventeen, two-story townhome buildings with 100% market rate units.
